The Second Global Forum on Human Resources for Health (HRH) was held in Bangkok, Thailand in January 2011. The forum is convened by the Global Health Workforce Alliance, the Prince Mahidol Award Conference, the World Health Organization and the Japan International Cooperation Agency. Participants adopted an outcome statement which reiterate the principles of the Kampala Declaration and the Code as instruments for alignment and accountability at the global, national, regional and local levels and call upon stakeholders to accelerate implementation in a comprehensive manner.
